No, we do not currently transfer your domain for you when you sign up.  To transfer your domain have your domain registrar, the company you registered the domain through, point your websites DNS to our name servers.  HostClick's name servers are as follows:

Primary:         ns1.hostclick.com
Secondary:    ns2.hostclick.com
