Web Design Process
1) Initial Consultation
All our projects begin with a no obligation discussion of your needs designed to give us an accurate
picture of what your project will entail. We will take the time to understand your requirements, answer
your questions, and explain how we can help your business succeed.
2) Proposal
Once we have an understanding of the sites requirements we will send a no obligation quote which
details the work required. Please understand that while most projects have common characteristics/
functions no two projects are completely alike so please understand it may take a day or two to formulate
an accurate proposal.
3) Project Scope
In this stage of the development process we develop a comprehensive specification sheet that details
the sites form and function. We provide you with a wireframe design that shows general layout and site
focus as well as a sitemap that details page flow.
4) Design Concept(s)
Here we develop our concept of the design or "face" of the finished product. We work
very hard to develop intuitive interfaces that your customers will just "get" the first
time they use them.
5) Site Coding
We now begin the process of bringing to life the features discussed in the planning stages.
During the process at several points we will have you review our work to make sure you are happy
with how it functions.
6) Deliverables
We provide a last chance to review the site design and functionality before turning requesting payment
in full and turning over the deliverables to you. If you have chosen to host your site with us we will
move the site from our development server to your hosting account at this point and provide you a place to
download the site code in its entirety.
